Special Events
The city of Mandeville is host to an array of special events throughout the year. Organizations or individuals holding special events on city property must complete a Special Events application. Special Event applications must be approved administratively and by the City Council. For this reason, applications must be submitted at least ninety (90) days prior to the event.

Read the guidelines, complete the fillable Special Events Application and email it to acasborne@cityofmandeville.com
If planning to serve or sell alcohol during the event, you must also complete the Mandeville Special Events liquor application. After City Council approval, city clerk will provide applicant with a letter of approval to complete the required ATC Special Event Alcohol Permit Application. ATC will not approve an application without the approval letter from the City.
