The Trailhead Community Market  is at the center of what we love most about our region – Good Food and Great People! Located in the heart of Old Historic Mandeville and operated by the City of Mandeville,  and provides a place for over 80 local artisans, producers and growers to bring the very best food and products, offering a variety of seasonal produce, eggs, honey, fresh cut flowers, annual plants, delicious prepared foods, arts and crafts. It is intended to encourage pedestrian activity in the city, provide improved access to local makers, and give the community a festive weekly gathering place to bring people in the community together to support local business, visit with neighbors and enjoy entertainment all year long. We welcome makers, crafters, small brands, and artists.  We seek makers playing a substantial role in transforming raw materials into the final product.

The Mandeville Trailhead is conveniently located adjacent to the Tammany Trace and is 4.38 miles south of the Tammany Trace Headquarters.  You will find public rest rooms, pavilions, an amphitheater, a tower and picnic facilities. A renovated train station now serves as an additional fun, complete with a splash fountain-sprinkler system that children enjoy. Come experience free Friday evening concerts and many other outdoor activities offered throughout the year.

There is something for everyone at the Trailhead Community Market. Bring the whole family on any Saturday between 9 am and 1 pm and support our local vendors.
