Work Requests

The City of Mandeville created this online work order request system to assist residents in making requests for services or to report issues with City infrastructure related to streets, water, sewer, mowing, litter, potholes, traffic signals, and other matters.
  

The button above will redirect you to a map where you can choose to pinpoint the location you are referencing in your request.  You also have the option to perform a search by entering an address in the top right corner of the web page.  You may create an account by clicking "sign in/register", which will allow tracking of your requests.

Please supply as much detail as possible in your requests.

You may also contact the Public Works Department by phone at (985) 624-3169 for assistance in creating a work order request.  Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

FOR EMERGENCIES, PLEASE CALL 911.  To report a non-emergency, but urgent Public Works-related occurrence, please contact the Mandeville Police Department, non-emergency phone line at (985) 626-9711.

To report a suspected code violation, please send an email describing the suspected violation, in detail, and its location to codeenforcement@cityofmandeville.com.
