Utility Bills
The City of Mandeville's utility billing process is handled by the Finance department.
If you would like to pay by phone, please have your account number ready and call 985-626-3144.
If you would like to bring your payment to city hall personally, our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4:30 pm.
We do have a black dropbox in the rear of city hall should you come by after office hours.

Online Payment of Traffic Fines
For your convenience and to save you time, the city offers online payment for tickets.
By paying your ticket in full, you agree to the following conditions:
- You are entering a plea of guilty to all violations on the ticket as shown.
- Your case will be paid in full and closed
** Please note that it takes two weeks for a ticket to make its way into the city system.
Once in the system, the city court clerk will be able to assist you with additional information,
and you will be able to pay the ticket.
