City Offices To Be Open To The Public “By Appointment Only” Effective Wednesday, January 13, 2021

Due to the recent rise in the COVID 19 positivity rate in St. Tammany Parish, Mandeville City offices will be open to the public “by appointment only” effective Wednesday, January 13, 2021. City employees will continue to report to work daily to serve you and continue the business of government. The general public will be required to make appointments to enter the building until further notice. Mandeville joins neighboring municipalities and parish government with a “by appointment only” policy .
“I feel this is in the best interest of our employees and residents, “said Mayor Clay Madden as he emphasized the need for this measure.
In addition to an appointment, masks are required to be worn upon entering a city building and social distancing must be respected. All visitors will be subject to a temperature check.
Applications for permits and other planning functions can be accessed on the City website under the Department of Planning & Development. https://www.cityofmandeville.com/…/planning-and…/ All forms are fillable and can be submitted by email or dropbox behind City Hall.

Residents are encouraged to also use the drop box behind City Hall for water bill payments.
