Harbor Field

To ensure fair access to Harbor Field, we will be conducting a lottery to reserve the use of the facility. Here’s how it works:

Lottery Registration Deadline: 4pm on Monday, December 9, 2024

Lottery Draw Date: 5:30pm on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Mandeville City Hall, Council Chambers - 3101 East Causeway Approach; Mandeville, LA 70448

Lottery Rules:

1. Eligibility: Open to all baseball teams, community groups, and organizations.
2. Registration: To enter the lottery, submit your application and proof of insurance by 4pm on Monday, December 9, 2024. Forms are available on our website or at City Hall, The Trailhead, or the community center. (Applications and Proof of Insurance can be emailed to acasborne@cityofmandeville.com or hand delivered to the City of Mandeville, City Hall)
3. Draw Process: In-district teams will have priority.  In-district is defined as a team with a roster of 50% +1players living in the district.  Team rosters must be included at the time of registration. 
4. Each group will receive one time slot per week unless additional availability arises.
5. Season begins February 3 – April 25, 2025
6. Full Schedule will be posted.

Costs:

Practice slots are 1.5 hours per slot.   The slots are Monday – Thursday 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm, a total of 8 slots per week.  Rates are as follows:

Free play is open for non-organized games anytime the field is not reserved.  We look forward to seeing you at the ribbon cutting and encourage everyone to take advantage of fun at Harbor Field!
