The Water Department strives to provide safe drinking water to the citizens of Mandeville.Mandeville's drinking waster comes from a confined aquifer located at a depth over 1900 feet. Waterworks crews continually monitor our groundwater system that includes five (5) wells and one elevated storage tank.
In addition, the Water Department maintains pressure throughout the system essential for fire protection.
As part of the US EPA Safe Drinking Water Act Amendment, Mandeville monitors its water annually for contaminants. A Consumer Confidence Report is mailed to every residence and business serviced by the City of Mandeville.
