C. deShea Richardson was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  She attended LSU and graduated in 1996 with a B.S. in Economics.  In 1999, she received her juris doctorate degree from the Paul M. Hebert School of Law at LSU.  deShea began her legal career in her native city of Baton Rouge and then joined The Law Offices of Paul E. Harrison in 2009.  In 2012, deShea became a partner and the firm was renamed Harrison & Richardson.  

deShea moved to Mandeville in 2004, where she resides with her husband, James, and 3 children.  She serves as a member of Leadership St. Tammany Board of Trustees, Beau Chene HOA Board of Directors and Covington Food Bank Young Leadership Council. She also teaches Godly Play at Christ Episcopal Church.  

 deShea was admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts including the Louisiana Supreme Court and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  She is a member of the Covington Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel.
