Louisiana Revised Statute 42:1170, requires all public employees complete one hour 
of training on the Code of Governmental Ethics each calendar year. 
Each City of Mandeville official, employee and board/commission member must complete 
the required ethics training each calendar year.

In the Louisiana Senate Concurrent Resolution 107 passed in 2012, the Louisiana 
Senate resolved that all state agencies should provide one hour of sexual harassment 
training to each public employee and official each calendar year. Each City of Mandeville 
employee and official must complete the statutorily mandated sexual harassment training 
each calendar year.
