P16-12-05  Recommendation to the City Council regarding Ordinance 16-19 to amend Sections 7.6.4.3(5)(c), 7.6.4.8(14), 7.6.4.11(2), 7.6.4.12(1), 7.6.4.12(2), 7.6.4.13(1)(d) and 7.6.4.13(4)(a) of the Mandeville Comprehensive Land Use Regulations Ordinance relative to meetings of the Historic Preservation District; definition of non-substantive procedure for approval of Certificates of Appropriateness and to provide for related matters in connection therewith

R17-03-01  MKMHB, LLC, the Alfred Lloyd Stoessell Revocable Living Trust, The Pamela B. Stoessell Revocable Living Trust requests a resubdivision a portion of square 57 forming the corner of Foy and Montgomery Streets into two lots facing Montgomery Street, zoned B-1, requested to be rezoned R-1

Announcement that written notice of decisions regarding zoning variances will be filed in the Board's office the following day of this meeting at which time applicable appeal time will begin to run.

NEW BUSINESS

Z17-03-01  Recommendation to the City Council regarding Ordinance 17-05  to effect the rezoning of a certain property designated as the southwest corner of square 57, City of Mandeville, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana from B-1, Neighborhood Business District and designating and assigning the property for purposes of zoning as R-1, Single Family Residential; and providing for other matters in connection therewith                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

V17-03-05  MKMHB,LLC the Alfred Lloyd Stoessell Revocable Living Trust, The Pamela B. Stoessell Revocable Living Trust /Intrepid Builders LLC requests a variance to Section 7.5.1.3, R-1 Site Development Regulations, a portion of square 57 forming the corner of Foy and Montgomery Streets, zoned B-1, proposed rezoning to R-1

               In conjunction with rezoning to single family residential and creation of two lots, each lot would be 1.2 deficient on frontage facing Montgomery Street

V17-03-04  Jack B. Cressend III requests a variance to Section 7.5.1.3, R-1 Site Development Regulations, more specifically to (5d) rear yard setback requirements, lot 20, Beau West Subdivision, Phase 1, 723 Libby Lane, zoned R-1

               Expansion of attached rear porch encroaching into rear yard setback

A17-03-01  Jeffrey and Catherine McDonald request an appeal to the decision of the Building Inspector on a regulation interpretation of a pool permit application #17-3690 regarding CLURO Section 5.2.3.2, Grading, Fill and Foundation Supplement, Drainage Overlay District and Fill Sub-Area A, square 7, lot C, 215 Lamarque Street, zoned R-1.

P17-03-01  Recommendation to the City Council regarding Ordinance 17-06 to effect the annexation of a portion of ground situated in Section 41, T8S, R11E, Greensburg District, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana into the corporate limits of the City of Mandeville designating and assigning the property for purposes of zoning as a Planned Commercial District and providing for other matters in connection therewith

Notification of Filing Case Addendum - Any additional information determined to be needed by the Commission in order to make a decision regarding a case shall be required to be submitted to the Planning Department by the end of business on the Friday following the meeting at which the additional information was requested or the case will automatically be tabled at the next meeting.

               Removal of live oak trees for placement of additional parking in the side yard setback
