SUP17-02-03  The Mandeville Partnership 698 LLC/Carl Rebel et all requests a Special Use Permit for Sections 6.4.67, Restaurant Sit Down with a Lounge, 6.4.60, Personal Improvement, and 6.4.26, Commercial Recreation, Indoor Entertainment, inclusive of a reduction in parking, a portion of square 35, 698 Lafitte Street, zoned TC.

V17-02-03  The Mandeville Partnership 698 LLC/Carl Rebel et all requests a variance to Sections 7.5.10.3, B-3 Site Development Regulations, 7.5.18.3, Town Center Site Development Regulations and Article 9, Parking and Landscaping, a portion of square 35, 698 Lafitte Street, zoned TC.

               Businessess to be located in the former Acadian Millworks site and variances to existing conditions for setbacks    and parking

R17-03-01  MKMHB, LLC, the Alfred Lloyd Stoessell Revocable Living Trust, The Pamela B. Stoessell Revocable Living Trust requests a resubdivision a portion of square 57 forming the corner of Foy and Montgomery Streets into two lots facing Montgomery Street, zoned B-1, requested to be rezoned R-1

Notification of Filing Case Addendum - Any additional information determined to be needed by the Commission in order to make a decision regarding a case shall be required to be submitted to the Planning Department by the end of business on the Friday following the meeting at which the additional information was requested or the case will automatically be tabled at the next meeting.

Z17-03-01  Recommendation to the City Council regarding Ordinance 17-05  to effect the rezoning of a certain property designated as the southwest corner of square 57, City of Mandeville, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana from B-1, Neighborhood Business District and designating and assigning the property for purposes of zoning as R-1, Single Family Residential; and providing for other matters in connection therewith                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

V17-03-05  MKMHB,LLC the Alfred Lloyd Stoessell Revocable Living Trust, The Pamela B. Stoessell Revocable Living Trust /Intrepid Builders LLC requests a variance to Section 7.5.1.3, R-1 Site Development Regulations, a portion of square 57 forming the corner of Foy and Montgomery Streets, zoned B-1, proposed rezoning to R-1

               In conjunction with rezoning to single family residential and creation of two lots, each lot would be 1.2 deficient    on frontage facing Montgomery Street

V17-03-04  Jack B. Cressend III requests a variance to Section 7.5.1.3, R-1 Site Development Regulations, more specifically to (5d) rear yard setback requirements, lot 20, Beau West Subdivision, Phase 1, 723 Libby Lane, zoned R-1

               Expansion of attached rear porch encroaching into rear yard setback
